The Lord is your husband

Hello wifey,

So, today, I thought to share with you one of my favorite scriptures - Isaiah 54:5

_“For thy Maker is thine husband; the Lord of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.”_

The Lord is my husband! Yipee! You need to see how I am dancing here.  Sincerely I love that scripture. Imagine the Lord being my husband, chai, I am so excited!
Whenever I place demands on my husband more than he can handle, I remind myself of this scripture. The Lord is my husband. Even though I have an earthly husband, I also have an heavenly husband, who supersedes my earthly husband, 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽.
My earthly husband is limited, he cannot satisfy me completely, but this heavenly husband can satisfy me wholly and completely! Glory!

So Wifey, the gist is this; your husband cannot meet every of your needs, be it physical, emotional, financial or spiritual, whatever, he can never. As long as you depend on him for every of your need, you both will be frustrated. You will be angry that he is not meeting your needs, and he will be angry that he's trying his best, and angry that he cannot do more than he's doing. The whole house will be full of anger and frustration.
Now, let me confess (covering face), I have been there before and it's not a good place to be at all. Expecting that my beloved husband meets every of my emotional needs. I am thankful to God that it didn't take me too long to realize that God is my husband! 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽.
And God can meet all needs. Glory! No matter what type of needs, whether physical or spiritual, emotional or intellectual, local or assorted (now let me stop before I start to coin names). But you get my gist, right? God can meet all needs. And then this God is your husband.

See babe, you need to allow God to really be your husband. Let your maker be your husband. He's your number one husband. So love up on him. Mesmerize him. Speak sweet words to him. Prioritize your relationship with him. Don't neglect your relationship with him. Cultivate it in the place of prayer and word. Have a deep love for him. And can I tell you? He will help you to love up on your earthly husband, he will fill your heart with so much love that you are able to give much more to your earthly husband and to people around you.
So, can I hear you say, 'for my maker is my husband, the Lord of hosts is his name'.

I love you
